  • We do not Accept Returns or Exchanges, since these are Hand Made imported Goods. We Check each item when we receive it from our Vendors and again, when we send it out.  However, mistakes do occur.
  • If your Product has a Slight Defect, we will apply a 30% discount for the inconvenience.  Slight Defects are defects that may be Visible but do Not Affect the Product's Functionality. 
  • If your Product's Defect is Visible and affects your Product's Functionality we will Offer you a Full Refund.
